Glorious (Poetry #2)

He was like a demon’s weed,

looked ever so graceful in tweed,

people around town disagreed,

he refused to confess his misdeed,

she was left heartbroken to bleed,

her naked soul became obsolete,

she embraced her sorrows like sweet,

regained confidence to proceed,

as she strongly desired a life to lead,

well she did succeed,

because God works in mysterious ways indeed!

She sure sounds someone lovely and rather brave. A lot more to these words, if that is, you’d like to see deeper. Otherwise they might look like just a few mere words. Liked it! 🙂
